Before emailing

  • Include your device model.
  • Include your iOS version.
  • Include your app version or TestFlight build, if available.
  • Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.

Import and extraction help

  • Use a clear, well-lit image with the notice flat.
  • If extraction is unavailable on your device, create or edit the action card manually.
  • Always compare extracted cards with the original notice before adding anything to Calendar or Reminders.

Privacy-sensitive troubleshooting

Do not send private school notices in a support email unless they are necessary to diagnose the issue. If you do send a notice, remove student names, school IDs, phone numbers, and other sensitive details when possible.

Permissions

  • Camera permission is needed only for scanning notices.
  • Photo Library permission is needed only when importing screenshots or images.
  • Files access is used only when choosing supported documents or images.
  • Calendar and Reminders access should be used only after you review and choose a handoff.

Pro purchase support

  • The free plan includes 10 notices.
  • CampusCue Pro unlocks unlimited notice cards through one lifetime in-app purchase.
  • Use Restore Purchase from settings if Pro is not recognized.

TestFlight

For early access, email support with the subject CampusCue TestFlight Request. Availability may be limited while the app is being prepared for App Store review.
